1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our administrative office in Ottawa. Returns sent without prior approval may not be received or processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, Vero Light will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., preference, style, or accidental order), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Restocking Fees
We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. Vero Light does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
5. Refunds and Processing
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately. We have a daily order cut-off time of 08:00 PM (EST). Once an order is processed or shipped, an exchange can only be facilitated after the original item is returned.
7. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or depreciation deduction may apply as permitted by law.
8. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to update it, contact us immediately. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer may be responsible for additional return and reshipping costs.
