1. Processing & Delivery Timeline

We work diligently to ensure your order is processed and delivered promptly:

• Order Cut-off Time: 08:00 PM (EST, Eastern Standard Time).
• Handling/Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
• Estimated Total Delivery: 8–13 business days.

2. DDP Guarantee (Delivered Duty Paid)

To provide a worry-free shopping experience for our Canadian customers, Vero Light operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

What this means for you: The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We handle all logistics, including any applicable import duties or taxes. You will never be charged additional brokerage or customs fees by the courier upon delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery status online in real-time.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information at checkout. Vero Light is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Failed deliveries may result in additional reshipping charges.
